One place for your projects, decisions and handoffs.
The Ship Kit is a personal workspace where your crew, your missions and your decisions live together, so you can pick up tomorrow exactly where you stopped today. It runs on your own computer. It is built on the Crew Kit foundation.
In preparation. Not for sale yet: you can join the Blueprints waitlist to hear when the Ship Kit moves forward. No date, no price.
The problem, from your side
Your projects are scattered. A note here, a decision there, a conversation you can’t find. Working with an AI crew makes it worse before it makes it better: more threads, more moving parts, and no single place that says where things stand.
The Ship Kit is that place: one workspace, kept simple on purpose.
What’s inside
A ship of your own
Name your ship, say what it is for, and start from a clean workspace. Nothing from our own setup comes preloaded.
Your crew, described
Give each crew member an identity, a specialty and a short introduction. A profile is a clear role on paper, not an agent running behind it.
Missions and decisions
Prepare a mission, follow its steps, and record each decision with the reason behind it, so you remember why, not just what.
Handoffs that hold
Keep notes, write a structured handoff at the end of a session, and come back later to find everything where you left it.
It’s not a hosted service and not an app store product. It’s a workspace you run yourself, with a written guide to go with it.
The journey, in five steps
A glimpse of the path. The details stay inside the kit.
- Get on board
- Define your crew
- Prepare a mission
- Keep the thread
- Resume and back up
Each step ends with something you can see in your own workspace.
What it is, and is not
The kit IS
- a workspace for one person, running on your own computer;
- a place for your crew profiles, missions, decisions, notes and handoffs;
- your data, stored on your machine, with an export you can keep;
- a written guide that walks you through the first use.
The kit IS NOT
- a team tool: it is single-user, with no accounts and no sharing;
- a hosted service: nothing is stored on our servers;
- a set of working agents: no AI runs inside it, and the statuses are yours to set;
- finished: this is the first edition, and we will say what it does and does not do.
Who it’s for
- You work on several projects and lose the thread between sessions.
- You already work with an AI assistant, or plan to, and want one place that keeps the human decisions.
- You are comfortable running a small program on your own computer by following a guide.
Who it’s not for
- If you need a shared workspace for a team.
- If you want something that runs agents for you: this organises the work, it doesn’t do it.
- If you want an installer with one click: a short setup is part of the experience, and the guide explains it.
Price and date
No price, no date yet. The Blueprints are in the making. Nothing to pay now: the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing.
If we set a date, we will tell you. If something is not ready, we will tell you that too.
Waitlist
One free list covers all five Blueprints. Tick the ones you want to hear about.
Nothing is on sale yet, and no date or price is set.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Ship Kit available?
Not yet. It’s in preparation, with no date and no price. Join the Blueprints waitlist to hear when it moves forward.
What do I need?
A computer you control, a recent version of a free, widely used runtime (the guide tells you which and how to get it), and the patience for a short first setup. You do not need to be a developer.
Where is my data?
On your computer, in a folder you choose. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. You can export everything as a backup. For now, the export is a backup to keep, not a one-click restore.
Is it connected to an AI?
No. The first edition doesn’t connect to any AI service. It organises your work; it doesn’t run agents.
What do you do with my email address?
It’s used only to tell you when the Blueprints you chose are out. It’s processed by Brevo (EU hosting), never sold, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Details: privacy policy.
