Your data. Controller: CypherShip Labs LLC (a New Mexico company, United States), 1209 Mountain Road Place NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Purpose: to tell you when the Blueprints you selected are released (and of any change of date). Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), confirmed in two steps. Data: your email address, the Blueprints you selected, your language (English or French), plus the date, time and IP address of your confirmation (proof of consent); open and click statistics are anonymised. We do not sell or rent it. It is processed on our behalf by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris), hosted in the European Union; its sub-processors may, where applicable, process data outside the EU, under the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Retention: until you unsubscribe. In any case, your data is deleted at the latest 12 months after the release of the last Blueprint you selected, and no later than 36 months after your confirmation. If a Blueprint is abandoned, we remove it from your choices and let you know; your data is deleted once none remains. We will only write to you about the Blueprints you selected. Any other Blueprint would require a new consent from you. To change your choices, write to contact@cyphershiplabs.com.
